Dashboard
Net profit, return on stock and the one thing to do now
Your net profit after every cost, return on stock, stock waiting to sell and an action like repricing slow sellers, plus automatic flags.
Items
Profit and return on every item
500 rows: cost, platform, sale price, postage, fees, refunds, then profit, return, days to sell and status fill in for you. Bundles, freebies and lost parcels all handled.
Platforms
See which platform really pays best
Vinted, eBay, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy side by side: sales, fees, profit per sale and days to sell. Type the real fee on any sale and it replaces the estimate.
Unsold stock
Slow sellers flagged, oldest first
You choose the number of days. The oldest unsold items are listed with the cash tied up in them, alongside a chart of sales and profit each month.
Tax records
The £1,000 allowance or your actual costs
Your own possessions kept apart from stock bought to resell, cash-basis trading figures, and whether the £1,000 trading allowance or your actual costs gives the lower taxable profit.
Other costs
Mileage, packaging and your phone bill
Packaging, mileage at 55p a mile, boosts, equipment and the business share of your phone, each sorted under a Self Assessment heading, plus platform reporting status for each platform.

How do I get the tracker after I pay?
You're taken straight to a download page with your "Make a copy" links. One click saves the tracker to your own Google Drive. Stripe also emails your receipt.
Does it connect to Vinted or eBay?
No. You enter your sales yourself, which takes seconds per item. Platform fees are estimated for you, or you can type the real fee.
Will a platform report me to HMRC?
Platforms report sellers with 30 or more sales, or about £1,700 or more, in a calendar year. The tracker shows where you stand on each platform. Reporting is information, not a tax bill.
Does it work in Excel?
The download here is the Google Sheets version, which is free with any Google account. If you'd rather use Excel, get in touch after buying and I'll send you the Excel files too.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. There is no app, no subscription and no bank login. Your copy lives in your own Google Drive and only you can see it.
Will I get updates when tax rates change?
Yes. Bookmark your download page: it always links to the latest version, updated for each new tax year at no extra cost.
Can I share it with friends?
Please don't share or resell the tracker or its links. It is licensed for your own personal use.
Is this tax advice?
No. Whether you’re trading depends on your circumstances; the tracker explains the difference but doesn’t decide for you. Figures are estimates based on what you enter.
